Church communities are effective and sustainable resources for spiritual transformation to the degree they live the principles they teach.  A community’s ability to embody this is grounded in the psychological-emotional-spiritual integrity of the ministerial leadership.  Utilizing the perspective of family systems theory, this webinar establishes a foundation for ministerial leaders to understand the dynamics of the church relationship system, to take responsibility for managing self rather than trying to control others, and to utilize healthy boundaries that foster creativity, harmony, and soul development in themselves and everyone in the church.
