Register for the UWM Virtual Business Meeting.
The UWM Virtual Business Meeting will be held on Zoom, Wed, Nov 6 from 1 to 5 pm Central. Please remember to register. All credentialed leaders who turned in their Credentialed Leaders Report (CLR) were sent the registration link. You must register to receive the Zoom link.

The deadline to register is Sunday, November 3, 2024.
The Business Meeting will also be live streamed on the UWM Facebook page (account not required to view). **Voting is not available on Facebook.**
At the business meeting held during the 2023 Convention, a vote was cast to separate the business meeting from future conventions going forward. This was affirmatively passed, with an amended stipulation the business meeting will always be in hybrid or online-only formats.
For a delegate to be eligible to vote, the following are required by Oct. 17, 2024:
- Delegate letter on the ministry’s letter head, naming them as a delegate and including the delegate’s name, email address & phone number.
- EMAIL LETTER(S) to Brenda Hicks-Wiggins
- Confirmation that each delegate must complete the self-directed Voting Delegate Course (see section below)
Membership Model Requirement
It requires that anyone designated as a voter by an active ministry for the Annual Business meeting completes the Voting Delegate Training.
From the Membership Model, Definition #7 Ministry Delegate.
- Delegates are chosen by the ministry’s board of trustees, from the ministry’s current membership, before the UWM annual business meeting.
- Delegates vote on behalf of the ministry.
- Ministry delegates must have completed the UWM designated delegate class to be eligible to vote.
§ In order to stay current delegates are highly encouraged for this class to be taken at least every three (3) years.

A completed, current CLR is required for any Unity Credentialed Leader to vote at the annual business meeting. If you are an Ordained Unity Minister, Licensed Unity Minister, or Licensed Unity Teacher, you can check your Credentialed Leader report status by using this link: Verify my CLR status
